The O’Mahony team has completed 6 new tenant buildings from the ground up, as well as two parking garages. The first building began being constructed in 2004, with the latest completed in 2019.
The O’Mahony team completed an office space to lab conversion over a period of 8 months beginning April 2021. The project had fierce deadlines, strict requirements, and in the midst of a global pandemic.
The Lifetime Center project consisted of the repositioning of the Atrium Mall located in Chestnut Hill. The Lifetime Center was converted into a state of the art Medical and Wellness center.
JPMC North Andover was completed by the O’Mahony team in March 2022. The project entailed all electrical necessary for the construction of a new out of the ground branch of JP Morgan Chase.
The O’Mahony team completed the tenant fit out of the new Spark Capital office in Boston, MA. The project was completed in March 2022 and included a variety of specialized and custom designed pieces
